📌 payment is taken up front and work on your commission won't begin until paid for.
📌 all commissions are paid for via paypal or wise invoice. i'll send you an invoice if your request was accepted, so please remember to check your email.

⏰ turnaround

📌 turnaround time is 2 months from payment.
📌 commissions are NOT taken first come first serve. please don't rush your request form thinking it will guarantee your slot or get you your commission faster.
📌 i do my best to avoid late turnaround, but it does happen. you're free to cancel and request a full refund at any time, as long as work hasn't started on the commission. if you ordered multiple emojis, i'm happy to offer refunds for any emojis i haven't started work on.
📌 if you have a deadline, put it in your request notes. deadlines less than 2 weeks from payment cost 20% of the total commission price. in most cases, i can honor a deadline request later than 2 weeks at no extra cost.

✂️ edits, changes, corrections

📌 i sometimes miss mistakes in my work. if you catch anything like a coloring error, missing accessories, etc, please let me know. i'll never charge to fix my own mistakes!
📌 i'm happy to do color correction and other minor tweaks for free until you're happy with your commission.
📌 larger corrections can cost extra. very large changes like complete outfit swaps won't be accepted, and will need to be recommissioned at full price. not sure if a requested edit will cost extra? don't be afraid to ask!

🎈 rights and distribution

📌 i have the right to publicly post the finished work unless other terms were agreed on beforehand. let me know if you'd like your request kept private!
📌 use on twitch is OK! for emote attribution, my twitch channel is tellingbone.
📌 use on discord and other IM platforms is OK!
📌 use on social media or personal websites is OK!
📌 reproduction for sale is NOT OK unless other terms were agreed to beforehand.
📌please be polite and reasonable. no tracing and no claiming my work as your own.

⛔️ i don't send WIPs for approval, so please add notes to your submission as necessary and give a clear explanation of your request. i don't offer free corrections if the mistake is a result of incomplete or misleading references and notes. thanks for understanding!
